Alexandra Whittey graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with BAs in Broadcast Journalism, French and Spanish. In 2012, after 20 plus years in the entertainment industry, her career path changed after she enrolled her son in therapeutic horsemanship lessons.  She is a PATH Intl. Advanced Instructor, Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning and Mentor and is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.  She is the mother of two human children, three dogs and five equines, two of which are therapy horses at the Center for Adaptive Riding in Reno, NV.  She currently serves as the Program Director at the center.  She is proud to be a part of The Masterson Method® Equine Specialist team and to have the opportunity to support the health and wellness of the equine therapists that serve our communities.
