You may transfer your registration to a different course up to 30 prior to the course start date for the course that you currently registered for. For example, if the course you are registered for starts on September 30, you may transfer into another course as long as the transfer is made before August 30.
If you are registered for a Weekend Seminar-Workshop, a $100 fee will be charged for this transfer. If you have registered for an Advanced 5-Day Course, a $250 fee will be charged for this transfer. Customers receive only 1 transfer privilege. You must use your transfer privilege within 6 months.
If you do not want to transfer to another course, and instead want to cancel your registration completely: customers who notify us up to 30 days prior to the scheduled course date will receive a refund of HALF of the registration fee.
Any cancellation AFTER the 30-day period is non-refundable.
In the rare event that Masterson Equine Services needs to cancel a workshop, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop and immediately refund any tuition paid. Please do not purchase airline tickets or make non-refundable deposits on lodging that cannot be canceled 30 days ahead of time. We will not be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets, lodging reservations or other travel arrangements.
Inclement Weather Policy for Masterson Method Courses:
If you have registered for a Masterson Method course and traveling becomes hazardous the day of the workshop, please use your own judgment when deciding to attend. Those who cannot attend a workshop because of inclement weather should contact the Masterson office at (641) 472-1312 or and refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.
Please do not attend if you have illness symptoms that are contagious. Instead, contact the office per the policies listed above.
