WEEKEND SEMINAR WORKSHOPS
Q: How do I register for a course?
A: We have two options: You can register directly from our Store by clicking on the Weekend Workshop, and then scrolling down to the course date and location of your choice; or from our Course Calendar page for each course listing.
Q: How do I find out if the course is confirmed?
A: Once we reach our minimum number of registrations, you will receive an email saying that the seminar is confirmed.
Q: What happens if the course is cancelled; do I get my money back?
A: If we do not receive our minimum number of registrations, you will be refunded in full. You also have the option of transferring your registration to another seminar for no extra charge.
Q: If I need to cancel my attendance at a course, will I receive a refund?

Q: Is there a discount if I pay for both the Weekend Seminar-Workshop and the Advanced 5-Day course at the same time?
A: There is no discounted rate for purchasing the Weekend Seminar and the Advanced 5-Day courses at the same time.
Q: I am an equine massage therapist. Can I just skip the weekend seminar and go on to the Advanced 5-Day course?
A: The Weekend Seminar-Workshop is unique in that you learn to recognize the horse’s signs of release and also the levels of pressure to use. The seminar is a pre-requisite for the Advanced 5-Day course.
Q: Who is teaching the Weekend Seminar-Workshop course?
A: Instructors are assigned to the weekend seminars once the course is confirmed. All of our instructors are hand-picked by Jim Masterson, however, it’s important to remember that the course is about the Masterson Method® and not the instructor.
Q: Do I need to know anything else prior to my coming on a Weekend Workshop?
A: We send out this link to our Seminar Logistics prior to the course.
Q: How do I get my login for the Online Course I purchased?
A: If you purchased the Equine Anatomy or the Home Study course, we will create an account for you and send in your login instructions via email. This usually takes place the next business day after you purchase the online course.
Q: My login won’t work; what do I do?
A: The online courses can be accessed using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers, not Internet Explorer or Safari. These browsers can be downloaded for free on the internet. If you are still having problems, try clearing the browsers history and if your device wants to auto fill in your username and password, clear it out and retype it.
Q: What is the Certification program and how does it work?

Masterson Equine Services is committed to providing high quality products and customer service to our customers. If you have problems with your product, please email us and we will rectify the problem in accordance with our guidelines below
Q: Have You Received Product(s) Damaged in Shipment?
A: If your product was damaged in shipment, you have the choice of receiving a replacement or we will issue you a credit. Please notify us email within seven days of receipt of the product and outline the problem to us.
Q: Have We Sent You the Wrong Product?
A: If it is our fault, then simply call us and we will provide you with the correct product free of charge. You also get to keep the product that we sent to you in error.
Q: Have You Received a Faulty Product?
A: If your product(s) is faulty, you have the choice of receiving a replacement or we will issue you a credit. Please email us within seven days of receipt of the product and outline the problem to us.
Q: Shipping Overseas?
A: Our costs for shipping overseas are very expensive. Because of that, we are working with distributors in other areas. Here is a list of places you can purchase Masterson Method books and DVDs:
