My journey to the Masterson Method® began with an aging canine friend named Roscoe.  I wanted to do what I could to help him in between his monthly chiropractic treatments during the last year or two of his life.  This exploration led to becoming fully certified as an MMCP Equine, and now MMCP Canine.

My lifelong affinity for critters and all living things has taken many turns. Hiking and horse camp as a child evolved into working at a Raptor Rehabilitation Center in Ohio and studying wildlife management in Kenya as an undergraduate. After completing research in Ecological Anthropology and Ethnobiology, I went on to direct a local nonprofit called ‘Wild Intelligence,’ a program that focused on cultivating connection and mentoring through the development of earth skills.

After working for several years in a small business whose mission is to preserve culture through the development and sale of sustainably produced crafts, I have decided to work with horses and dogs full time. My goal is to give back to those beings that have always been a source of joy, and to improve their longevity and performance. I am now the proud owner of Forward Fluidity and continue to manage my family’s blueberry farm with my husband Billy, our dog Maddie, and cats Jillie, Little Bit and Trouble. I ride at Maggie’s Menagerie in Ila, Georgia.
