My journey into equine bodywork didn’t begin in a clinic or a classroom—it began in the barn aisle, with a heavy heart and a deep longing to help the horses I loved.

After losing my horse to complications from ringbone, I was left with a painful question: Was there more I could have done to bring him relief? That question sparked a personal mission. When my next horse later passed unexpectedly from colic, the grief pushed me even deeper into that search—not just for healing, but for purpose. That’s when I discovered The Masterson Method®, and it changed everything.

Since then, I’ve completed over 600 hours of equine bodywork, working hands-on with horses of all types—performance athletes, pasture companions, and everything in between. I’ve seen firsthand how this gentle, interactive method helps horses release deep tension, unwind compensation patterns, and move with greater ease and comfort. Using subtle techniques that engage the horse’s nervous system, I support their ability to participate in the healing process—on their terms, at their pace.

I work with a heart-first approach, combining my intuitive connection with horses and my growing expertise in biomechanics, posture, and performance. I don’t just look at symptoms—I listen for the whole story your horse is telling, whether it’s through a blink, a shift in weight, or a sigh during a session.

Whether your horse is struggling with discomfort, tension, anxiety, or just needs support to feel and move their best, my goal is always the same: to help them find relief, and to help you feel more connected to them in the process.

I’m based in Eastern North Carolina, and I’m honored to be part of your horse’s wellness team—whether you’re showing, trail riding, or simply wanting to give back to the horse who gives you everything.
