My name is Sarah Reidy. I live in Co Tipperary, Ireland with my six assorted horses, three cats, two dogs and my husband. I have been surrounded by horses my whole life. I moved to the States in my early twenties and quickly had my own horse in New York. I mostly did show jumping, and over the years I started educating myself attending all types of clinics in dressage, showjumping, horse behavior, horsemanship, and biomechanics of both rider and horse.
The Masterson Method® has been the icing on the cake for me because it incorporates all of what I have pursued over the years. It is fascinating for me to feel the horse, listen, and to know that I am helping the horse both mentally and physically through relaxation of long held restrictions, injuries or mental stress. This in turn helps the rider – it is a win-win situation.
When systems are stuck, horses feel yuck – when systems are movin’, horses ‘r’ groovin’ !
