Liz has a passion for helping all your horses feel healthy and sound, whether in performance, lessons, rehab, or retirement. She uses the Masterson Method® to encourage horses to release tension and use their bodies more efficiently. Her gentle and horse-guided technique allows her to adjust each bodywork session to the individual horse. Liz loves to see horses thrive under a holistic approach. She believes in supporting the horse and owner through cooperative working relationships with equine veterinarians and other practitioners.
Liz started her career with her Colorado state certification from the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage. In 2021, she joined the Heritage Equine Clinic team as a Veterinary Assistant to Dr’s Chelsea and Bret Luedke. Working under their daily guidance, Liz assists with various medical procedures and lameness evaluations. Concurrently she has completed her certification in The Masterson Method®, including training under mentors in Indiana, Arizona, Wyoming, and California.
In her free time, Liz enjoys riding her Appaloosa, Chip, who is trained in both Western and English disciplines. His sweet and sensitive soul inspires Liz to help other horses reach their full potential.
