Lauren has been impassioned with horses and animals in general since she was a little girl. She bought her first horse at the age of 23, a feisty French trotter mare, that showed her the ins and outs of horsemanship and with whom she completed her trainer’s and instructor’s education. In the meantime she has added two young geldings to her miniherd that came with their own challenges and drove the need for more knowledge. After some exploration, Lauren first came across the Masterson Method® in 2021, she was immediately hooked and completed the trajectory in September 2024. She loves the respect and understanding that is required between human and horse for this way of bodywork. It is exactly in line with the mindset she wants to encourage in the horse society through her work as trainer, instructor and now MMCP.
