My path to MMCP
A few years ago, I stumbled across videos by Jim Masterson on the internet and was blown away. I immediately bought the book and DVD “Bodywork for Horses” and tried out these techniques on my Haflinger mare Coco. BUT it didn’t work – Coco hated it. In the following years, I trained in cranio-sacral bodywork and also in Jin Shin Jyutsu on horses.
Then I discovered a weekend course in the Masterson Method® near me and took part – at that time, I had no intention of completing the entire training to become a Certified Practitioner. But things turned out differently: in summer of 2023, I took part in the 5-day course in Austria and finally registered for field work. Now I am a Masterson Method Certified Practitioner.
The best part of the story, however, is that Coco enjoys this work and not only that – the relationship between us has changed in a wonderful way.
