Sherri has been involved in the Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) field for 20 years, from being a volunteer at a therapeutic riding program to eventually becoming a certified instructor, barn manager and program director at her local program. She is passionate about seeing the EAAT field grow and reach new populations of people. Sherri is also passionate about making sure that the horses are viewed as partners in this industry, not just as a tool. Sherri was excited to become a Masterson Method Equine Specialist so that she can not only give back to the horses at the program where she works, but she also is able to teach others about equine bodywork and how to give back to their horses. When not working, Sherri enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs.
