Rachael is the director and founder of UP THERE, LLC and Operation Horses Heal, two equine-assisted learning programs which serve communities in Wisconsin and surrounding states. She became an MMES to give back to her herd while providing a novel interactive learning experience for both volunteers and program participants who want to form a deeper connection with the horse. 

Rachael is available to help other equine-assisted services programs incorporate The Masterson Method® as an EAL activity that can benefit the welfare of their herd while providing services to people.
