Kait first joined the Masterson Team in 2016.  She started by helping with shipping and social media with coffee in hand and crystals on her desk. She assumed more daily task responsibilities along with assisting Jim and organizing annual educational conferences. In 2019, Kait started overseeing operations and handling human resources. She loved communicating with people company wide, overseeing processes and efficiencies, having a big picture perspective and a detailed-oriented eye. In 2021, Kait took time away from daily office responsibilities to be present in her new role as a mom. During that time, she helped Jim with the creation of the canine program.  After the birth of her second child in 2023, Kait works full-time as Chief Inspiration and Communication Officer, Future Vision Keeper, Creator of Structure and Flow (Chief Operations Officer).

Kait enjoys reading, traveling, learning, bodywork and being with family. She currently resides in Iowa with her husband, two children, two dogs and cat.
