Transfer & Cancellation Fees for Masterson Method Courses

In order to complete your registration and secure your place in a course, payment must be received by The Masterson Method®.  Sometimes, unexpected events happen that require a change in plans.  Please read the cancellation and transfer fees policy outlined below.

Transfer Fees:

30 days prior to your course starting, you may transfer to another course at any time. If you have registered for an online course, a $50 fee will be charged for the transfer. If you have registered for an in-person course, a $100 fee will be charged for the transfer.  Customers receive one transfer privilege.  The transfer privilege must be used within six months, or the paid registration fee is forfeited.  

 

Cancellation Fees:

Customers who notify The Masterson Method® of their cancellation will be refunded according to the following policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more from the start of the course will be refunded half of the registration fee paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days from the start of the course will forfeit any registration fee paid.

In the rare event that The Masterson Method® needs to cancel a course, students will be notified at least 30 days prior to the start of the course.  Registration fees paid will be immediately refunded. 

In the event of an outage or an unforeseen interruption preventing The Masterson Method® from holding a specific online class, that class will be rescheduled. 

For students attending in-person courses, please do not purchase airline tickets or make non-refundable deposits on lodging that cannot be canceled 30 days ahead of time.  The Masterson Method® will not be responsible for any travel expenses.

 

Inclement Weather Policy:

If traveling becomes hazardous the day of the in-person course, please use your discretion in deciding to attend. If you choose not to attend because of inclement weather, contact and refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.
