A woman working with a horse.

As a young girl, I was deeply sensitive to the well-being of animals. That early connection became a thread woven throughout my life, eventually leading me back to the work I was meant to do.

After volunteering for over a decade and a half at a therapeutic horseback riding program.  I have found a meaningful marriage between supporting individuals with diverse physical and cognitive challenges and in caring for horses that help make their healing possible.  Again, and again, I witnessed the profound connection between horse and human.  The quiet generosity of horses who give so much of themselves.  I felt called to give back to these horses.

After attending The Masterson Method® Weekend Course, then the Masterson Method Advanced 5-Day Course,  I decided to complete the certification pathway.  It has been a meaningful journey to equine bodywork.   A journey that has sparked a passion to keep learning and building more knowledge to assist as many horses as possible. It is a journey that teaches the student so much about themselves and their equine partners.

It is an honor to work beside these sentient, sensitive animals, creating space for them to release, trust and feel better in their bodies.  Through working with these therapeutic horses on a weekly basis I have seen the benefits to their partnership in bodywork in their performance, ease in their bodies and in their minds.
