Rachel is a lifelong horsewoman who began riding at the age of 5. As a child she was active in Pony Club and 4-H. She also competed in hunter shows both at the local level and at A rated shows.
Rachel found the Masterson Method® as a way to help her own horses initially. She was particularly drawn to the fact that the horse is an active participant in this and that this Method is something that you do with the horse, rather than to the horse. Once she saw the incredible changes in each of her horse’s bodies as well as their overall mental well-being, she knew she found her calling and is determined to help more horses.
In addition to being an equine bodyworker, Rachel is also a saddle fitter. She has taken numerous courses at the North American Saddlery School. With her knowledge of anatomy, bodywork and saddle fitting, Rachel is able to provide an individualized approach to help horses reach their full potential.
