Masterson Equine Services is committed to providing high quality products and customer service to our customers. If you have problems with your product, please email us and we will rectify the problem in accordance with our guidelines below
Have You Received Product(s) Damaged in Shipment?
If your product was damaged in shipment, you have the choice of receiving a replacement or we will issue you a credit. Please notify us email within seven days of receipt of the product and outline the problem to us.
Have We Sent You the Wrong Product?
If it is our fault, then simply call us and we will provide you with the correct product free of charge. You also get to keep the product that we sent to you in error.
Have You Received a Faulty Product?
If your product(s) is faulty, you have the choice of receiving a replacement or we will issue you a credit. Please email us within seven days of receipt of the product and outline the problem to us.
Shipping costs are based on weight and shipped using the US Postal Service. The following rates are as follows:
0-2.15 lbs = $5
3-7 lbs = $8
Canada & Mexico
0-1 lb = $35
1.1 – 2.15 lbs = $40
3-7 lbs – $45
Shipping outside of North America:
